About the Schoolhouse

As a result of Michael Fatali's love for the natural landscape, and its importance to our communal and individual spiritual well being, he has founded The Fatali Schoolhouse of Photography. The school is located in Rockville, Utah the gateway to Zion National Park, which is this an ideal location to become intimate with a land of enchantment. This newly formed institution offers a wide variety of programs on photography and nature awareness. Through our teachings, we not only hope to broaden your knowledge of photography, but wish to inspire and deepen your personal connection with the natural world. The Schoolhouse, built of native sandstone in the 1930's, has a large space for holding presentations and demonstrations of the darkroom photographic process. We offer workshop programs throughout the Southwest from the beginner to the advanced photographer.
